Developed by Kathy Sdao and discussed in her book "Plenty In Life Is Free", SMART x50 is an easy way to teach humans to teach their companion animal new behaviors. It's the ground floor to introducing capturing and shaping. We love teaching this to all our adopters and fosters and the results have been joyful. Relationships are built from humans reinforcing their companion animals for doing the things they already do naturally. It's a great way to train the human eye to look for the behaviors we love. When we do that, there is less of a need and propensity to look for behaviors we don't like.Credit goes to Lyz Knight – CPDT-KA, FFCP of Rover Rehab in New Jersey for putting together an easy to understand and distribute flier. Here is the direct link to the file: https://roverrehabnj.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/SMART-x-50.pdf#Behavior,TrainingandEnrichment
