HASS's Return to Home Cost Saving Calculator shows the fiscal impact of RTH outcomes. 

The premise of this tool is that an RTH outcome eliminates both a one-time cost (for example, spay/neuter, microchipping and vaccinations) and a daily cost of care for each day of care saved compared animals with all other outcomes.
