  • 1.  Are noise phobias more common that we realize?

In our June webcast, board-certified veterinary behaviorist Dr. Lisa Radosta talked about noise phobias.  It was a super interesting session, and while its hard to pick what i most appreciated hearing about, one of the most important things she talked about was how common noise sensitivities and phobias are, and that often there's a noise component to a dogs concerning behavior. She talked about how treating the noise component of a concerning behavior can help with treatment plan progress and improve a dog's welfare.  Here's a link to the recording ICYMI.

    Hi Sheila,

Thank you for sharing the information about this talk. We currently have a larger than normal population of cats at our facility. I look forward to watching.

    Thanks,

    Kade
