Recently, my organization has really ramped up our data collection and utilization of KPIs for reports, grants, etc. Some of the shelter/care data is a lot more straight forward (LOS, LRR, intake numbers, etc.), but at this point we are missing KPIs around the behavioral health work that we do.
We're looking to pick a few key data points we can track, ideally in ShelterLuv, regarding behavioral health for 2024. I have a few ideas, but I'm struggling to come up with specific behavior metrics that we can clearly define and track reliably that I feel would actually be useful data. Maybe I'm just down in the weeds and thinking too hard.
What are your organizations tracking for behavioral KPIs? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
