Looking to find other organizations around the 45-50 (or so) employee size and how many bereavement days are given upon the death of an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, etc.).
Our org is about 30 people, and we receive 3 days of bereavement leave for family members, and 1 day for the loss of a pet.
I believe our staff size is around 70-75. We are allotted 3 days for bereavement
