Hi Everyone! 

Greetings from Secondhand Stories! We're a non-profit Chicken Sanctuary located in Perth, Ontario, Canada. 🇨🇦 We're planning our 3rd annual Open House and trying to identify new sources of funding/sponsorship. Unfortunately, in Canada, funding for non-profits (not yet a charity) is very limited, especially for rescues that focus on farmed animals. 

The open house will feature hourly guided tours, yoga with the chickens, kids' story time, animal protection Jenja (with prizes donated by our in-kind sponsors already confirmed), and a vendor village with a great mix of advocacy organizations and vegan-friendly businesses. We want to secure a sponsor so we can host workshops, including a build-your-own cookbook stand workshop with a vegan cookbook giveaway and a paint-night style activity.

We're still relatively new (4 years) and small (4,000 followers on IG), and our rural area isn't very progressive towards our mission of rescuing chickens. 

I would greatly appreciate any leads on sponsorship/funding you might have in mind for us!
