    I'm motivated to build a stronger coalition between local nonprofits while also driving volunteer recruitment for our shelter. Has anyone had success running a volunteer fair in collaboration with other orgs? Anything to suggest or warn against? Any other ideas?

    I'm interested to learn more about this as well. We regularly collaborate with other local rescues. I think a volunteer fair would be a great idea.
