Hi All;
Finding great stories is hardly a problem here at the podcast! People are helping cats in incredible ways and we use the podcast to share these feline solutions! If you know of anyone who has a story to share feel free to email me or send them my via the forum.
Below are some end of the year updates from the podcast team:
Community Cats Program Management Certification Course Begins January 2025: If any students are part of this thread please share your thoughts about this program, but I think it may have significantly changed how people are thinking their program/non-profits etc as it pertains to reducing cat over population. The 8 week course starts Jan 13 so get in early on this opportunity.

If you order your community cats pass which provide access to all of the Community Cats Podcast events you will be saving over $250 in access fees and you will have concierge service and direct access to me(Stacy) during the year. Most Recent Podcasts of Interest(great to binge listen at 1.5x) #thankstomaddie
We have had some great podcast release over the last couple of months, but here are a few that I wanted to pull out.
Dr. Bob Weedon is always to joy to chat with- he is the Veterinarian that moved to Florida to retire, but couldn't and so now he continues doing HQHVSN surgery. Dr. Weedon will also be presenting a free webinar in collaboration with the United Spay Alliance and the podcast on January 14 at 2pm (ET) titled: Better Together: TNVR and Public Health
Barn Cats and Relocating Cats is a hot topic: I had the opportunity to take a deep dive with Mary Scott about the Working Cats Program she runs in California with ASAP.
Meals on Wheels America and their support of families and their pets may be a resource that we don't know about. Morgan Hulquist wants to change that. Morgan and Dan Capone of MOW South Texas discuss how incredibly important this supportive program is.
Lastly hot off the press I had the opportunity to speak with Vicki Halls on the other side of the pond in the UK at icatcare about the jigsaw puzzle and community cats. You gotta click on the link to find out more about this... In the US we have the Community Cat Pyramid and the UK has the Jigsaw Puzzle.
