Hey everyone!!
I recently started a position at a municipal shelter, which has been a different experience than being in a non-profit shelter! Recently I have been tasked with finding workshops and webinars for our staff to complete on our staff training days. One of the biggest topics that has been suggested is Compassion Fatigue and Burnout. Does anyone know of any workshops or webinars that a staff can complete together on an extremely limited budget?
I am also open to any other suggested webinars and workshops that would benefit a municipal shelter! We are located in Oklahoma, just in case that is needed!
