We're a small, all-volunteer organization that works overseas. We're coming across more and more funders asking for our policies on sexual harrassment and gender discrimination... which we need to adopt. So far we have functioned with the values of kindness and compassion--to ourselves and other humans, as well as the animals--acknowledged in our charter documents.
Since we have no employees, and plan none for the future, we would like to have a simple general policy statement on any type of discrimination and harrassment.
Do any of you have sample policies to share?
