Hi there! I was wondering what particular outsource licensing companies you use. We are looking to outsource all licensing and I have heard mixed reviews about Docupet so I would like any information about what you all are using and be honest please! I just want to make the right decision for our shelter!

Looked into DocuPet too, some people like it, but we ran into too many complaints about customer support and clunky backend tools, so we passed. We ended up going with a more custom route by working with a smaller BPO team that could handle licensing admin more flexibly. CLICKVISIONBPO helped us build a process that actually worked with our shelter’s pace instead of forcing us into their system. They’re not a licensing platform per se, but they handled the admin side way better than expected, and the cost was manageable.
