Does anyone have or know of resources in their area about animal cruelty court case outcomes and finding out about upcoming cases.

    I'm casting a very broad net and could use help and guidance.

    Is anyone tracking or know of anyone tracking in your area: Animal cruelty court decisions and the outcomes, such as fines and penalties levied?

    Is there a way of tracking animal services calls and investigations and any resultant outcomes/penalties that have been imposed?

    Are upcoming animal cruelty court cases publicized or listed online if the name of the defender or case number is not known? 

    Short of a Freedom of Information (FOIA), is there a way of getting the information? (Even then, I'm not sure a FOIA request would capture the info.)
