We have a client who adopted 2 Doberman mix puppies a year ago.  One of the pups will be outside for the day but poops and pees everywhere.  She will go in her crate, in her food, on her owners shoes if they play with her, she is just peeing and pooping everywhere, constantly.  The dog has been to the vet and there is nothing medically wrong with her.  She has had training and the owner's have spent thousands trying to get her to stop.  They have tried everything we suggested, with no improvement.  Does anyone have any ideas?  They don't want to give her up and the other pup is perfect, doesn't ever mess anywhere other than outside.  Help!

What all have you tried so far? Does she give any cues to when she is about to go? Have they tried rewarding the other dog for going outside while the one that isn't trained is watching?
