Hi everyone! Humane Action Pennsylvania (HAP) is working hard to eliminate companion animal cruelty. We've started the Ending Companion Animal Cruelty Coalition (ECCC) to help us reach our goal. 

Our goals are to strengthen and enforce laws that protect companion animals, hold puppy mills and unethical breeders accountable, and work with legislators to promote new laws to protect companion animals.
