Has anyone's shelter medical staff completed Sophia Yin's Low Stress Handling® Silver certification, or become Fear Fee Certified? Our staff have completed the Fear Free Shelters course (Fear Free Shelter Program | Reduce Stress in Shelter Pets) but we are looking for more veterinary specific tips. I'm curious to know how useful your shelter has found it and why you selected the program you chose.
