Suggestions needed. We are an open admission county shelter and have had our Doggy Day Out (short term foster) program for about two years now. We ask participants to send us photos and videos of their day, along with filling out a "report card". The report cards are scanned to the dog's ID number and then the original hung on the kennel. The program currently runs every other Saturday, pick up 10-12 and return by 3:30.
We have recently added a "sleepover" option: eligible dogs are picked up Saturday and returned Monday. We are still using the "day out" report card. The problem we are having is that in some cases we are getting more information from the people taking a dog for a few hours than we are getting from the sleepover fosters.
Does anyone have a link (a Canva document would be ideal) to a "staycation" type report card? Current report card is below. Thank you.
