    Hello, 

    We are starting a foster volunteer committee at my shelter. The committee will focus on developing events centered around foster recruitment, foster education, and foster engagement in the program. I wanted to see if any other organizations have done something like this? We are looking for any advise you have on organizing this type of volunteer program.

    Did you check the resources in the menu.?  Maddie's Fund has lots of pertinent resources on the topics you are asking - recruitment, education, engagement. You can also look at forum discussions on the same topic. The wealth of the resources is incredibly helpful. Good Luck!
