Hello! 

The Humane Society of North Central FL hosts a gala-style fundraising event each year. In previous years, we have used a paper program at this event but have noticed they are costly, and we end up with so many after the event. We are looking to move away from them if we can. 

Has anyone moved away from using paper programs at their event? If so, what did you do instead?

We appreciate any help you can provide! 

I have wanted to do away with the printed programs for some time now.  I agree that we probably discard more than people take home with them... but some of our biggest supporters are still "old school" and want to continue printing them (and sending appeals through the mail).  Every year I try to convince them that THIS year we should find an alternative.  And every year I wind up backing down after hearing the resistance.   I'm looking forward to hearing if anyone has found a better option that I can pitch to my committee!

I host a couple of fundraisers a year,  we use sponsors to offset the program's cost.   We have local people who will pay for ads; this absorbs the cost of the program.
