    How is everyone handling the government shutdown and impending problems with loss of SNAP for families? Our rescue has already gotten requests for help.

    We are anticipating more request for assistance and have some resources to provide assistance but this year has already been tough our intake numbers have doubled compared to last year and medical cost sky rocketing  its an uphill battle .
