Animal Welfare Professionals

Hi All.  We need a new parking lot for our shelter. We have repeatedly patched and sealed what is there now and cannot do that any longer. We are told we will need to dig it all out, reset foundation gravel, and then asphalt. We haven't received back all the quotes, but it is going to be a hefty sum. We have done some grant research and have so far only found the Community Facilities Direct Loan and Grant but you have to have a community population of 20,000 people or less. We are greater than that. Any thoughts for us would be most welcomed!
