Hello everyone. I am reaching out to see if anyone has experience in a municipal shelter that has had to ask their city for more staff? We are in the process of building a new shelter that will double our capacity. At our current shelter, we are already understaffed in my opinion. I have started to do some research on neighboring shelters and how much staff they have. Has anyone found a respectable approach to ask/advocate for more staff?
