    Hello,

    I am trying to raise funds to build a cat sanctuary in Woodland Washington. I need help putting together a board and filing for nonprofit status. I've adopted 3 cats so far.  This would be a no kill animal shelter for cats.  I would like to specialize in black cats since they are the least adopted. Www.Blackcatsanctuaryofwashington
