    We are a small nonprofit looking to hire our first paid employee (who is not me). Does anyone have a sample of HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks for a small nonprofit? I couldn't find any in the library, but maybe I wasn't looking in the right place. We don't want to reinvent the wheel, and I'm sure there are plenty out there.

    Congratulations on getting ready to hire your first paid employee.  I heave heard the attached handbook can be very helpful. I have not personally used it but has been recommended by former associates. Wishing you all the best of luck.
