  • 1.  Intake Protocol Review

    Hi, we are a small low funded rescue in Arkansas. We have reviewed our intake with a vet, but would also like any advice or suggestions from outside our community. Is there anything you see that might be off? Is the flowchart helpful, or too confusing?

    I like this a lot, well done! A really great idea. I am doing an intake document right now and this format makes it really easy to follow.

    Not sure what the *** on ponzauril is referring to as the footnotes don't have a triple. Maybe use  a different symbol instead of 2 asterisks if it is supposed to refer to both the first and second footnotes? Also the bottom right hand orange box should also point to the ringworm box .
