Hello, my name is Sara. I am currently attending online courses with Husson University to earn my bachelors in Animal Welfare and Behavior. My long term goal is to open my own canine rescue and help rehabilitate and train troubled dogs in hopes of finding them furever homes.I have a course project that is actually due by midnight tonight. I am needing to ask a professional in a related field 7 questions. And then write out paper with the answers. So I am reaching out here to ask if you could help answer 1 or all of my questions. Any will be helpful. The questions are....1. In your own words describe the field in which you work, your profession, and what motivated you to enter this field?
2. Explain the impact of your field on Local and global communities. What examples do you have for how your work has influenced local
and global communities?
3.How does your daily work compare to others in your field? How does your daily work compare to other professionals in animal science?
4. What are the challenges and benefits of working in your field? What are the challenges and benefits of working in your profession?
5. What kinds of direct or indirect interactions do you have with animals? How do these play a role in the goals of your work?
6. If you was to restart your career goals all over again, would you choose the exact same profession and field again? Why or why not?
7. When you come across sad cases where animals have been severely abused and neglected or see cases that require a animal to face
euthanasia, how do you cope with the strong emotions that this kind of stuff brings? Is there any advice you have for a person new to this field on helping them to be prepared for handling these tragic times?
I appreciate any feedback I can get. I will check the post later this evening for any answers!
