| The Orange County Animal Services Department has an opening for a Program Manager. An employee of this class is primarily responsible for the management of the Animal Services volunteer program, foster and transfer of shelter animals, community outreach and special events including, but not limited to, off-site adoption events, rabies clinics, and the low cost spay and neuter voucher program. |
