For those located in a Kroger or alternative named grocery store chain area owned by Kroger, you should look into their Community Rewards program if you have not done so already.

Shoppers sign up and choose your organization then the organization gets a very small percentage of that shopper's spending.  Many people, especially shoppers, do not know about it.

The payments are sent quarterly.  We are currently working on getting more shoppers signed up by displaying marketing materials at events, in the shelter and on social media.  I am not sure what the organization needs to do on the front end as my rescue already had it set up before I started working with them.

Hope this helps someone discover a new passive fundraising source!

Walmart also does this.  We have signed up for both.  :-)

Kroger's program is new to me. Thanks for sharing. We are signed up for walmart as well. You should also check with local pet stores. Leo & Lucky's near us does a monthly round up for a different charity each month.
