    Maddie's Monthly Behavior Connection (MMBC) kicked off the summer with  @Meaghan Colville , Director of Shelter Operations, learning about how Cincinatti Animal Care (CAC) has worked to develop a strong culture to support lifesaving, even when decisions are difficult.   We'll learn from Meaghan about CAC's process for behavioral euthanasia decisions.     Thank you again to everyone who attended my presentation. I am lucky to have a great team here in Cincinnati who has worked with me to develop these protocols. I am more than happy to continue the conversation or compare notes regarding our processes driving decisions around lifesaving and euthanasia, as well as, any leadership tips for these difficult topics. I will post an example of our behavior slip, memo writing protocols, assessment templates, spreadsheets as well as a written response to questions by the end of the week. Thanks everyone!
