Animal Welfare Professionals

Hello,

We are a nonprofit and are interested in partnering with local businesses like a dog walker, dog trainer and dog food company.  If we promote them and hand out their coupons, products and services- are we liable if something goes wrong?  How can we protect ourselves legally if a dog gets sick from the food, or a dog bites someone?  Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you!
