Hi, Jessica:
If you haven't already, you may want to check out the Maddie's University self-paced course Taking the Fear Out of Bottle Feeding and Basic Kitten Care, authored by Marnie Russ, who founded the National Kitten College program. You could have your foster caregivers complete the course before coming to an in-person orientation, and/or all the videos in the course can be opened on YouTube, so you could share the ones you wish to use in the in-person training. The nice thing about having your volunteers complete the course is they can ask questions within the course and the Kitten College people will get right back to them, so they always have someone to help them.
Upon completing the course and passing the quiz, learners receive a diploma, which they could bring in or send to you. OR, Maddie's University does offer a free service of a training site(s) for your organization. As a manager, you could see who enrolls and completes training. If you're interested in that option, email maddiesuniversity@maddiesfund.org.

Subject: Looking for help with our kitten foster program
We are looking to re vamp our kitten/bottle baby foster program.
I am looking for some type of training materials/ video that we can show during their orientation to the foster program.
How does your rescue do it?
What do they give to the fosters?
What training materials do you use?
Thank you!!!!
