Animal Welfare Professionals

The Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs (ACC&D) seeks a Communication and Engagement Coordinator to help us share evidence-based information about new technologies to help humanely manage cat and dog populations. We are a non-profit operating at the cutting edge of science, veterinary medicine, and international animal welfare. Our mission is to transform humane cat and dog population management globally by accelerating the development and adoption of non-surgical fertility control for cats and dogs, allowing veterinarians to help more animals than is possible through surgical sterilization alone. 

For this remote role, we seek a high-potential  professional to serve as  the "connective tissue" of our organization, translating complex scientific research into compelling, schedule-driven content for a global network of key stakeholders to advance our cause.

You will expand our team's impact by managing our external voice. This includes developing our communication schedule, crafting the required content and supporting materials, and measuring performance of our communication efforts. Your primary focus will be on written communications-translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to the specific needs of different stakeholders. The role also includes creating clear and attractive infographics and social posts, as well as helping update and improve our website.
