  • 1.  Medical-Related Grants for Large Scale Intakes From Confiscation

    The rescue I volunteer for is in the process of taking in 17 - 25 dogs from a confiscation. Of course, all of the dogs will need to be spay and neutered before we can search for their forever homes. This is going to cost a lot of money in a short period of time. Does anyone know of any foundations that provide emergency grants/funding for this type of need? Any suggestions? TIA

    Hi Rochelle - Thanks for mentioning them. We were successful in getting a grant from Pedigree Foundation to help us cover medical costs for these Cane Corsos. It was a big help in covering medical costs. I meant to follow-up on my original post, but haven't had a chance yet.
