One of the colonies we oversee has a cat with a chronic nasal discharge that sometimes causes her trouble eating -- it is thick and gets worse in the winter. We suspect it may be herpesvirus, but no diagnosis has been made. She is an older kitty that cannot be touched and has always lived in this colony. Her name is Luna. Does anyone have any experience working with this type of issue and can you suggest any medication that may be able to be disguised in food and given to her?
Any suggestions or experience would be appreciated. I do have photos and videos if anyone would like me to text them to you.
