Hello!  I am now trying to help two Animal Control organizations get some kind of ongoing mental health help for their employees. I do have one therapist who has volunteered to meet with the group to discuss coping skills (great!) but am hitting a wall in trying to find funding for this. I don't think I need to sing to the choir here on how important this can be-- not only for the individual but for employee retention. I would appreciate all of your thoughts!
