We are a small animal rescue with with angel donors that help to pay for medical emergencies for dogs. We have an informal relationship with a local vet's office wherein they provide us with small discounts and other access to services for animals that we are trying to assist. They also call us when community members need access to funds for care. We very much need to formalize this relationship. Does anyone have a similar situation that you've created an MOU for? If so, we would love to see it while we try to create ours. Thanks in advance!
