  • 1.  Moving from Chameleon to PetPoint

    Hello,

    I'm looking for any animal control officers/dispatchers here who have experience with PetPoint. My facility is currently moving from Chameleon to PetPoint. The program appears a little more complicated for creating calls and tracking officers working in the field. Is there anyone else who may be in this same situation or maybe more advanced with PetPoint that can provide some pointers?

I'm not sure what advice exactly you're looking for, having never used Chameleon. The two agencies I've worked for as animal control officer/investigator have both used PetPoint. I'm not currently in a PetPoint-using role (although I still have access) but can potentially connect you with someone else if your questions go over my head.
