Hi everyone,
First time posting in this forum!
I am curious to hear how many folks out there have municipal/city/county funding available for residents for spay/neuter services. How is this funding distributed, managed and used within your counties? Is the funding used at non-profit clinic's, issued via voucher to be used at full service vets or county shelters?
Our non-profit spay/neuter clinic is located rurally, in Northern California. Spay and neuter services fall largely on our shoulders to perform and subsidize without any help from the county, including the sterilization of feral and stray cats.
I am interested to hear how other spay/neuter clinics manage the heavy burden of high-volume calls without consistent support from county and city budgets.
Thanks for any input.
