    I am pleased to announce my referral &  long time friend, Mr. Keith Wheeler, in California serves on the Board of Directors for this new Non-Profit organization, please welcome him!     Mary, can you share the name of the nonprofit organization in which he's a Board Member? It looks like he's doing something with police dogs?

    Its a new non-profit that I guided him with for set-up,  (the forms and annual filing, etc.) they had some legal setbacks, and he just told me they are just starting now. I was so excited about my applications for grants were going to be approved & my Chairman offered to match & my Corporation offered to match, I forgot to ask him the name of the group? I think it is a non-profit for a small town in CA  called Novato, it is for the police dogs & handlers and all the expenses that go with that, equipment, training, Vet bills, retirement & new dogs....I advised him as he is "new to this arena"  immediately to apply for small starting grant from City & County as that is the stepping stone for larger grants and to log into Madie's Pet  Forum for knowledge!...So, KIM, I will get back to you on that, thank you!

    Hey Kim, the name is Navato Police K9 Foundation and congrats to my lifelong friend , Keith Wheeler, in California,  the other side of the country for me! Hope he taps in to Maddie's  Pet Forum as Foundations are different than 501-c-3's.,....public vs. private..... not everybody knows that! When Keith & I spoke last year,  we discussed the differences  of 501-c-3 non-profit vs. Foundations! I am glad Mr. Keith Wheeler has finally got situated and found his niche! Regardless of the status, I still referred him  to Maddie's  Pet Forum, there is ALWAYS  something  NEW to learn......Thank you! Thanks......
