    The Parish I live in has never had any type of animal control, shelter or organization.  A small group has created a 501c3.  Our focus is CNR.  We hope to expand services to the community.  I am looking for grants and support for this organization.

    Try searching this site for both topics. There was a great Resource Drive last May for fundraising with lots of ideas.
