Animal Welfare Professionals

Hello, all

I posted a specific question a few days ago about the NYS law that goes into effect in December this year.  I didn't get any responses, so I'm guessing that my question was too specific? 

In any event, I'd really like to connect with other rescue organizations without a physical location to see how your preparations are going.  Anybody out there?

Hi, Diane. We're a foster-based rescue in Columbia County NY. I am working with the NYSAPF to get more clarity on what non-shelter rescues need and at least get the resources they have on their website in Word so we can easily work with them. I'm happy to share whatever I get. 

I applied to ASPCA to create a central repository of compliance documents and tools that everyone could use, but I just found out we didn't get it. Having everyone do this on their own is ridiculously inefficient!
