    Ohio Alleycat Resource and Spay/Neuter Clinic (OAR) is an animal welfare leader in Cincinnati, OH with a high-quality, low-cost, high-volume spay/neuter clinic for cats (over 10,500 surgeries this year), a robust adoption program (almost 1400 adoptions this year), and a track record of  helping county shelters in our area through community cat programs and  pulling cats for our adoption/barn cat program. We are seeking an Executive Director who can take us to the next level, providing vision, strategic planning and fundraising to move OAR forward.
