Animal Welfare Professionals

Does anyone utilize an onsite mental health technician or counselor (contract, part-time, or full-time) to support staff? Any insight or information would be appreciated.

Our organization doesn't have anything onsite but all employees have access to First Sun EAP.  Which can set them up with a counselor and also provides multiple other benefits.

Hi Megan,

We just recently hired a part-time therapist to help our staff and volunteers.  She's been with us just a few weeks, but the feedback from staff has been great.
