Animal Welfare Professionals

Hi all. I am the director of a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are halfway through our first full fiscal year. I have some questions about our operating budget that I really cannot wrap my brain around! I am wondering if anyone has experience with annual budgets that could help me with some questions I have?
