I apologize if this question and request has been posted before. We are a" Friends of" non-profit and are looking for a parent consent form or parent waiver for students to volunteer at community-based events. Does anyone have an under 18 aka minor form where a parent gives permission for their child to volunteer their time. They most likely will not be interacting with animals but the potential is there. Also, do you do hard copies or do you have a way for parents to fill out a form and provide an e-signature?
