I have a cat focused rescue in SW Georgia and one of my goals is to organize several spay/neuter events a year. Including raising funds (Georgia department of Agriculture has provided funding to some organizations), securing a location, getting veterinarians to gift their time, etc. If you have organized this kind of event… Do you have any advice, or a planning document you would be willing to share on how you made this happen?
