We used PetPoint for a few years and it did the job, but there were things we liked and things that made us grumble. The biggest positive was having everything in one place. Intake, medical, behavior notes, adoption history, all of it was easy to track once the team got used to the layout. Reporting for Shelter Animals Count worked fine on our end, though it took a little setup the first time.
Where we struggled was speed. Some screens load slowly and you feel it the most on busy intake days. The interface also feels a bit dated, but once you learn the paths you move through it faster. Our Canada partners said the tax fields and address formatting took extra tweaking, but nothing that stopped them from using it.
If your team likes having a centralized system and doesn't mind a small learning curve, it's a solid option.
