  • 1.  Protocols for Foster-Based Rescues

    Do any other rescues who care for neonatal kittens have any written protocols they could share?  We are looking for protocols related to:

     

    Anything else that is helpful in caring for the most vulnerable little ones!

    We used to use The Kitten Lady's book quite a bit: http://www.kittenlady.org/tiny-but-mighty

    We were able to get a handful of copies donated and would use them ourselves in addition to loaning them to new kitten fosters.

    We also use Kitten Lady's book and her videos.   Also took our fosters to hear her when she came locally to speak.  
    We have also run certain issues by our vets for recommendations and help.
    we also use Alley Cat Allies as a resource for how to care for Neonates
