    I have searched the resources and found Dogs & Children_Onsite Introductions.  Wondering if anyone else has resources for training adoption staff to help introduce dogs to families with small kids.  There was a research paper, I believe, years back that mentioned one or two safe activities that children could do with a dog during the meet and greet but I am at a loss as to where I have put that file.

    Any suggestions are welcomed.

    Although we don't have a course specific to training adoption staff to help with dog-kid intros, we do have a Flash Class video on our Maddie's Fund Education YouTube channel called "Keeping Interactions between Foster Dogs and Children Safe". Some of the concepts are applicable, like taking a walk together and sharing treats when the dog is ready.  It also includes body language to watch out for. I hope this helps!
