I'm curious what other animal rescue non-profits with a brick and mortar adoption center have found to be successful selling retail items? We can't stock a large enough selection of pet items to compete with large pet store corporations. Our best sellers at this time are "welcome home" kits which are basically just starter packs (cats get a litter box, small bag of litter, scoop, couple of toys, food/water bowls, dogs get bowls, couple of toys, blanket, bag of treats).
