Critterz Inc is located in Bledsoe County Tennessee...I have had success in determining need for spay/neuter services by using the local food bank in our rural distressed county. 

We are allowed to set up outside the food bank and inform people of our services to help them spay/neuter their pets.  The food bank has on file their financials so we do not need

to request proof of need.  We have also provided pet food to the food bank when we have it to help those in need.   Many times I will visit the locations to develop a plan of action and educate the caretakers on population control and feeding.  I enjoy getting into the countryside and meeting those in need.  Many times I help people by getting them to sign up for the food bank themselves.  They get free food and I can assist them by neutering their pets.

that's a fantastic idea!  we have a food bank with our local thrift store.  they provide a lot of resources but not any for pets.  if you don't mind i would like to pitch your idea to the director at our food bank,.  Would  you mind if i gave her your name and possibly email you if she has question.?  i absolutely love this idea!!!
